These Terms of Service govern your use of the GlowHaven website (glowhavenlights.store) and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We describe our products and show their images as accurately as we can, but colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. All prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error; if we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 60 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy and Returns & Refunds page for details.

Product use and safety

Please follow the included instructions for each product. Hardwired wall lamps should be installed by a qualified electrician. Use products only as intended.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to GlowHaven and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GlowHaven is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
