Free US Shipping

Every order to the United States ships free with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or peak seasons.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show updates after your label is created.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
