Track Your Order
Every GlowHaven order ships with tracking so you always know where your lamp is.
How to track your order
- Check your shipping email. As soon as your order ships (usually 1–3 business days after you order), we email you a confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link.
- Or check your account. Click the account icon at the top of the page, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and open Orders to see your order status and tracking.
Delivery times
Most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after your label is created — that's normal.
