60-Day Returns

We want you to love your GlowHaven lamp. If you're not happy with it, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition with all included parts. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your lamp arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 60 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
